AYG PROPERTY SOLUTIONS a real estate agency which was established on 30th October 2007 with The Board of Valuer, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia.

The founder of our company, Ms Janet Au Yit Goh attributes such success to the guiding principles: honesty, efficiency and quality works without compromise. She believes this to be a unique and viable concept that reaches to an untapped market. Due to these unique and innovative factors, the venture has explored and excited with high profit in return.

Mission

To provide as much opportunities as possible to enable every single Malaysian has his own home.
To provide easy convenient value-added house for shelter.
To mould a concept of having Malaysia as a second home for the foreigners.

Our practice is streamlined to cover only specialized areas. This allows us to give individual and special attention to the needs of our clients. We are the company serving the public at large and public interest organization, and we are able to handle most of the problems encountered for by our clients in this industry.

Government Regulations

We always observe and abide to from time to time the Government by-laws, Government gazette and any rule and regulations which affect the acquisition and disposal of the property to the local or foreign citizen. We will obtain all required federal and state permits and licenses to operate the facilities, subject to the changes at all times.

Over the passed 13 years experience working as a negotiator, I learn from a very beginning as a negotiator until capable to lead in operation of business. Now, I am able to do my business on a right footing. It has been enlightening and satisfying working along with all my sales team members.

I always thinking positive and aggressive, it helps me to develop in real estate career. My business became stable the first year with profitable and managed me to grow a large team of negotiators with providing training and recruitment.
